- Yes — every piece is a one-of-one original, painted entirely by Anduena's own hand. No prints, no reproductions. Each arrives with a signed certificate of authenticity.
- Where do you ship, and how is it packed?
- Worldwide. Every painting is carefully packed, fully insured and tracked. Shipping is shown at checkout or quoted for larger pieces. (TODO: confirm exact rates and times.)
- Can I return a painting?
- You have 14 days from delivery to return a piece for any reason, returned in its original condition. (TODO: confirm who covers return shipping.)
- How do I pay? Is it secure?
- Payment is handled by Paysera over an encrypted connection — we never see your card details. Major cards and popular payment methods are accepted.
- How do I care for an original painting?
- Hang it away from direct sunlight, heat and damp. Dust gently with a dry, soft brush — never water or cleaning products.
