We respect your privacy and process personal data only as needed to run this shop, in line with applicable Kosovo data-protection law and the GDPR principles.

What we collect

Account email and (if you create an account) your name; order details you provide at checkout (name, delivery and billing address, phone, email); the works you save; and basic technical data needed to keep you signed in and your cart working.

Who processes it (sub-processors)

Supabase (database, authentication and file storage; hosted in the EU) — stores your account, orders and certificates. Paysera (payments) — processes your card/bank payment; we never see your full card details. Resend (email) — sends order and enquiry emails. Each acts on our instructions under their own terms.

Why (legal basis)

To perform the sales contract and deliver your order; to answer enquiries; and, only with your consent, to send you new-work emails (which you can unsubscribe from at any time).

Retention & your rights

We keep order records as long as required for accounting/legal purposes, and other data only as long as needed. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing hello@anduenakika.art.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies (to keep you signed in and your cart working). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set.
